I saw that Andrew Connell had a post the other day about a new program Microsoft released to allow developers to check if they are properly disposing of SPSite and SPWeb objects and I want to make sure anyone who is serious about SharePoint development downloads the product. It is called SPDisposeCheck.
You can run all your SharePoint code through it and all code should be run through it as it is easy to start piling up SPRequest objects that eat up your server memory.
